From a humble beginning 25 years ago, to the present 50,000 sq ft building, to future expansion plans, Corrugated Replacements Inc. (CRI) continues to strive to be its customers' “One Stop Shop.”

CRI, with the aid of the latest technologies and experienced technicians, is presently manufacturing over 60,000 quality parts, many of which are kept in our extensive inventory. We supply quality replacement parts at a competitive price with fast turn around. With CRI’s qualified staff and their extensive knowledge our mission is to provide quality product, innovative services, and continuously focus on our customer’s needs. This philosophy allows us the opportunity to move to the top of industry by solving problems and assisting customers with their requirements.

Not only are we a source for replacement parts, but CRI offers several additional services to the corrugated industry. We are growing stronger by listening to our customers and their requirements; we are utilizing the latest engineering and manufacturing technology, providing on site service work, complete rebuilds, online ordering, machinery installations and preventative maintenance programs. CRI is aggressively planning for future expansions and additional customer driven programs are currently in development.

Our rebuild department is committed to customer satisfaction from start to finish. From the initial telephone call to the first product produced on the newly rebuilt machine and the customer’s satisfaction guarantee. Our rebuild team of dedicated field service technicians partners with our customers to provide an honest consultation. By working this closely with the customer it provides a partnership where the best solution for their machine problems is developed. Our success is based on listening to their problems, objectives and budget restraints and working within those criteria to fulfill their requirements and surpass their expectations.

CRI is continuously working to be what our customers need us to be and more importantly when they need it. We are offering longer working hours, 24-hour emergency pager service which is always available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

As one customer stated recently, “I’ve depended on their services.” CRI takes pride in our credibility. We also take pride in doing what we say we will do, the customer goes on to say, “They will do what is necessary to keep my production running smoothly.” And we will.

Split Ring Gears for a Ward 37-1/2”, 50” or 66” are a perfect example of thinking about the customer and their needs. We have additional bolt holes which allow rotation of a worn gear, which means extended use. Extended use equates to far more than just less down time, it means less frustration especially when that plant thermometer reads 100o plus. It means cost savings, it means more time to spend in other areas, it means quality and most importantly it means satisfaction.

This year marks a quarter of a century that Corrugated Replacement Inc. has been operating to provide customers worldwide with manufacturing excellence, superior service and innovating ideas.

As we celebrate our 25th anniversary this month it will be with honor and gratitude that we accept an Award from North Georgia Technical College as a nominee for Georgia Manufacturer of the Year. It will be CRI’s pleasure and honor in turn to give monies raised for organizations such as Relay for Life, Special Olympics and many more back to the community we live and work in.
